I have just returned from a perfect 10/10 stay in this small hotel, clean rooms. Its staff are welcoming, I truly enjoyed it. Plus, the location is marvellous and exceptionally nice, minutes from Plymouth Hoe. When I am in Plymouth, I like staying here.

We were pleased to find clean and bright rooms at this small hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the dining area, seating area, and study table in the room. The location was marvelous for traveling around Plymouth, right by the city center, the Hoe Park, and nearby restaurants.

The location near the waterfront was great for the MYV event. The staff were welcoming and available if needed. The clean, comfortable room had a powerful shower. a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

I recently stayed at Lockyer House B&B for two nights during my vacation to Plymouth. The staff provided a warm and friendly welcome, offering helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants and bus stops. The breakfast was outstanding, cooked to order and delicious. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean with a powerful hot shower. the value for money was exceptional, and the polite and friendly staff made my stay memorable.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
